Job Description
• Supervise the floor and day to day operations of the play area.
• Ensure that all the amusement units on the floor are well performing.
• Plan and execute different activities to engage customers like theme parties, school visiting activities, gift distributions, bonus packages etc.
• Keeping up-to-date with safety checks, setting up marketing programs, and creating customer service policies to enhance customers' experiences at the play area.
• Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for customers.
• Maintain professional operations image and floor discipline. Making the play area profitable, safe and enjoyable.
Experience: 3-4 years or more
