01 Deputy Project Director OPEC / Progress Review & Coordination PPS-10 Merit-01 Post graduate degree in project management, administration, engineering, economics, and related field 10 years operational relevant experience of management positions with government/ private sector and international agencies in relevant field 55

02 Senior Specialist Maritime/Ports PPS-10

Merit-01 Post Graduate qualification in maritime/naval sciences 10 years of professional experience of management positions with government/private sector & international agencies in relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in similar projects 55

03 Energy Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit 01 B.E in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Masters in Business Administration 5-10 years of relevant experience in power sector 45

04 Regional Connectivity & Infrastructure Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit 01 Post Graduate Degree in Management Sciences/ Project Management/ Civil Engineering/ Dev. Economics/ Social Sciences or related fields 5 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in development projects/ Public Sector 45

05 Investment/ Industrial Cooperation Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit 01 Post graduate degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance or related field 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

06 Socio-Economic Development Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit-01 Post Graduate degree in Economics or related field 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

07 Science & Technology / IT Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit-01 Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology/ Engineering Management and related fields 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

08 Media Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit 01 Post graduate Degree in media Production/ Development/ Mass Communication 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

09 Agriculture Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit-01 Post graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agri Economics & related fields 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

10 Legal/Council/MoUs Specialist PPS-8/9

Merit-01 Post graduate degree in Corporate Law/ Management Sciences/Agreement Drafting/ International law/ Procurement Regimes related field 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience 45

11 Video Editor PPS-8

Merit 01 Graduate degree in Mass Communication, journalism or related fields 5 to 10 years of video editing/ videography experience using advanced softwares 45

12 Cameraman PPS-8

Merit-01 Graduate degree in journalism, mass media or related fields 5 to 10 years of demonstrable prior experience in photographing and recording similar projects/activities along with technical competence in advanced softwares 45

13 Social Media Expert / Content Writer PPS-8

Merit-02 Advanced university degree in mass communications, journalism or other related areas 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital and social media and communications 45

14 Computer Operator/ Data Entry Operator PPS-5/6

Merit-01 Intermediate or Equivalent degree from any recognized institution With Six-Months Diploma in Computer 5 years of relevant experience 45

15 Receptionist PPS-4

Merit-01 Intermediate or any other equivalent degree from any recognized institution 5 years of relevant experience 45

16 Drivers PPS-2

Merit-02 Preferably Matric 5 years of relevant experience 45

17 Naib Qasids PPS-1

Merit-02 Preferably Matric 5 years of relevant experience 45

18 Cleaner / Sweeper PPS-1

Merit-01 Preferably Matric 5 years of relevant experience 45

1. Candidates having experience of working in similar projects would be given preference.

2. The period of contract would initially be for one year extendable till completion of project on the basis of yearly performance evaluation.
