Sales Manager (IT Sales Professional – Software & Security Surveillance):

1. Achieve quarterly and Annual Revenue and Profitability objectives

2. Ensure account coverage and acquire new accounts

3. Build a strong sales team in the regions

4. Manage account receivables and collections

5. Provide extensive support to project management

6. Develop efficient sales team processes and procedures

7. Ensure proper costing, commercial compliance, and proposals

8. Enhance personal and team technical knowledge

9. Sell cross brands and value-added business

10. Achieve assigned sales targets

11. Set sales targets in alignment with company goals

12. Drive marketing and sales strategy

13. Conduct regular internal sales meetings for performance review and expectation management.

Senior Network Engineer:

1. Strong Command on Network security, firewalls, Sangfor, VM Ware, SAN, Clustering, HA, ACL, etc.

2. Design, configure, and test networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.

3. Assist in the configuration and deployment of core and peripheral network devices.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

5. Provide end-user support and issue resolution.

Senior Data Center Engineer:

1. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues.

2. Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications.

3. Troubleshoot network systems to identify and fix performance issues.

4. Experience with Linux OS and Windows Server and Client OS.

5. Experience working with different Network devices.

6. Design plans and lead initiatives for the optimization and restructuring of network architecture.

7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of network administration and firmware integration.

8. Monitor the environmental conditions of a data center and perform system repairs.

9. Calibrate and monitor data center servers to ensure efficient performance.

10. Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents in a data center.

Education:

1. Sales Manager: Bachelor / Masters

2. Senior Network Engineer: B.E (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom Engineering)

3. Senior Data Center Engineer: BE (Electronics/Electrical), MS/ME

Experience:

1. Sales Manager: 5+ years (Banking & Private Sector)

2. Senior Network Engineer: 4-6 years’ relevant work experience

3. Senior Data Center Engineer: 3+ years
