Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputable university (BBA/MBA HRM preferred).

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Provide counseling and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.

- Ensure the smooth initiation of the probation cycle within the designated time frame.

- Prepare and present reports and data as instructed by the Line Manager.

- Collaborate with line managers for employee recognition programs, gathering feedback, and nominations.

- Plan and organize engaging employee engagement activities based on the Line Manager's instructions.

- Provide support in managing disciplinary and grievances issues within the organization.

- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management in adherence to the company's policies.

- Collaborate effectively with other management team members and HR staff to achieve organizational goals.

- Perform any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
