Hiring Floor Manager ( Food ) for Chase Department Store.
Plan, monitor and control all sales activities to achieve elevated growth in sales and profit.
To ensure the monitoring of expiry dates and ensure that stock is ordered, priced and properly display.
Department performance check on regular basis to ensure smooth operation including in depth check of departments and operational process.
Specified product knowledge related to Food product line.
Maintain market awareness and perform competitor analysis, introduce new and innovative promotional activities in accordance to latest product line.
Coordinate and negotiate with buyers for the maintenance of merchandise assortment.
Overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire food stock.
Maintain floor decorum with remodeling and remerchandising when needed.
Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all concern for management team and working staff. •Ensure quality customer services by processing customer complaints, comments and feedback.
Education:University graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 5-6 years of experience gained from a local or foreign retail environment or service oriented organization at least 2-3 years of experience ideally in a managerial role.
