Imtiaz is hiring a Floor Manager

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Masters.

Location: Lahore

Experience: 5 to 8 years experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of food categories( Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery and Grocery Food & Non Food items)

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure the attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage levels.

Specialized Product Knowledge of Non-Food related product lines.

Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.

Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
