Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to in-store and telephone customers.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist callers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure correct change is given.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier's station.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the store team to restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Follow store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of cashier experience.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good math skills.
- Prior experience in a mini-mart or retail setting is a plus.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 PKR, commensurate with experience.
