Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Meeting or exceeding performance and sales targets to earn commissions.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
