Key Requirements:

- Min Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized recognized university.

- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial capacity.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to efficiently manage and motivate the outlet team.

- Location: South Region (Karachi, Quetta, Hyderabad).

Responsibilities:

As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlets in the South Region. Your key duties will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, driving sales, and maintaining a positive work environment.
