Job Description:
1. Handling Inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms across channels including retail and online
2. Resolve customer complaints/concerns in an effective & efficient manner
3. Identify customer needs & take proactive steps to maintain a positive brand experience
4. To coordinate with other departments/couriers to take follow up on a daily basis for smooth operations
5. Stay informed about the company policies and procedures to guide the customers accordingly
6. Any other task asked by the concerned Head
Experience:
•At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication - English & Urdu
•Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint hands-on experience
Qualification: Bachelor Hons or equivalent Duty Shift: ft Nishat linen Morning/Evening Shifts
