Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role within food retail operations (Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery, Grocery, Food and non-food items).

Responsibilities:

Strategically plan, monitor, control, and oversee all sales activities to meet established sales targets and profit margins while maintaining acceptable shrinkage levels.

Possess specialized product knowledge in Food & Import-related product lines.

Review and approve daily, weekly, or permanent ordering to ensure merchandise availability within acceptable stock levels and service standards.

Collaborate with the buying team to execute negotiated promotional campaigns that require special merchandising displays.
