Qualification: Bachelor's Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in Voice of the Customer (VOC) program, a process designed to collect feedback from customers.
Making calls to consumers for deeper understanding on data and visiting different stores to survey customers about their experience.
Making research surveys and entering form data into system.
