Requirement: BBA/MBA (HRM) from a reputable university.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Training & OD.
• Conducts follow-up studies under the shadow of L&D lead of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Compiling data w.r.t exit Interviews of all employ’s.
Compiling Employer Satisfaction survey data throughout the organization.
• Ensuring the Probation cycle is initiated within due time frame.
Compiling numbers of job evaluation surveys as per the instructions of Line. Co-Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs through PLDP
Delivering the training of individuals or groups of employ.s.
Compiling and presenting information as per the instructions of Line
Cope up with an employee recognition program monthly in coordination with respective line managers for feedback and nominations.
Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of Line
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. Any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of Line.
